You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or wear and tear

Return Process

We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged or defective.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different product or model, please contact our support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability and are processed within the same time frame as returns.
